Tracey Gillis's and Renee Gillis experience purchasing from Faye Giles at Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Highland, IN

Please tell us what you liked most about working with Faye

We have been to several dealerships, but every since meeting Faye Giles our negative experience shifted to a positive one because of her. We worked with her on the purchase of our brand new 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. What makes Faye stand out is that she is honest, professional and thorough. She treated us like family. She was great to work with. We will see her for future purchases. We will also be sure to send all of our family and friends to Thomas Dodge to see Faye Giles. So they can be Faybolized too!! Thanks Faye.

She didn't even have what we wanted in stock, but that didn't stop her from coming through for us. She found what we wanted and got it here for us to purchase. She found the perfect vehicle that met our needs and wants. She have earned a customer for Life!

Please tell us how Faye helped you with your 2019 Ram 1500

Our experience was great from start to finish. Faye was awesome. She was kind and accommodating. Then we met Tim. He too was an consummate professional. I will definitely be returning to see Faye & Tim at Thomas Dodge for future purchases..
