Faye was pleasant, answered all questions, offered snacks, very congenial and customer focused. I had been somewhat ignored at another prominent dealership in NE Indiana, rhymes with Jazzack. Faye was great, responses to phone calls and texts (once I got the correct phone number) Even got a nice card from Faye in the car the day I picked it up.

Faye showed us two vehicles, offered us to test drive both, allowed us to ask a ton of quiet and answered all. The van has a lot of added features that we wanted and didn't know it had. Faye explained all of the features that we asked about.

Faye was great to work with. Finance manager was pleasant but very mechanical with all of the paperwork. We hadn't done vehicle purchase paperwork in 12 years, went a bit too fast, it is a very nervous moment for us as buyer, and we had our own financing. The highlight of my purchase was definitely working with Faye.
